With the popularity of plastic products, plastic film as the various forms of plasticproducts usage the largest of the production is also increasing. With the advantages of lightand transparent, moisture antioxidant, good air tightness, toughness folding, smooth surfaceetc., plastic films are widely used in packaging, printing, advertising and other industries.Because low surface tension of plastic film, it is difficult to the surface for printing, sprayingand adhesion process. In order to promote the use of surface modified according to actualneeds of different film products, increase the surface tension of the film, plastic modifiedplastic film operability and not popular, so by the plastic add a wetting agent in the coatingplays an important role in improving the surface properties of plastic film. Among them,water~based paints because of its low level of environmental pollution and simple processingcharacteristics to become the first choice of coating raw materials.Acrylate microemulsion has an average particle size is small, excellent wettability,penetration ability, stability performance. Is an important factor affecting the micro~emulsionpolymerization, emulsifier and emulsifier type and amount of direct impact on thepolymerization rate, the latex particle size, the electrolyte resistance, aggregate stability,viscosity and other properties of the emulsion. Acrylate microemulsion formed by coatingwith excellent transparent glass~like, as different plastic surface transparent protectivelacquer.In this thesis, using semi~continuous monomer dropping method,synthesis of the sizedistribution of uniform size of about50nm acrylate microemulsion. Investigated the type ofreaction temperature, reaction time, the polymerization process, emulsifiers, ratio, the amountof reactive emulsifier, the V~20S of the introduction of the choice of monomers, the ratio ofphosphorus~containing functional monomers, silicon~containing functional monomer choice,the introduction and the introduction of the amount of impact on the emulsion and filmproperties, track and test the changes of particle size in the emulsion polymerization process,to investigate the influence of polymerization conditions on the stability of emulsion polymerization process at different stages of particle size and distribution changes, themonomer ratio of emulsion, the emulsifier selected, and the ratio of performance impact, themonomer ratio and functional monomers into the emulsion. The results showed that: thereaction temperature is75℃for4h using a semi~continuous monomer dropping method toemulsifier A/SDS/OP~10as the emulsifiers, and the ratio of0.7/0.2/0.5, reactive emulsifierV~20S dosage0.6%, emulsifiers total amount of3.6%, the synthesis of the latex particle sizeof43.1nm, hard and soft monomer ratio of1:2, the polymer emulsion stability, high filmhardness; the amount of AA was1.0%, the introduction of silicon~containing monomerconcentration gradient, the introduction of1.5%for the introduction of a2%phosphatefunctional monomer obtained emulsion ABS, PVC adhesion a; core~shell particle structure,the obtained emulsion of PP non~polar substrates, the adhesion of one. The obtained emulsioncoating hardness2H, UV curing, the adoption of the scratch resistance, good stability,emulsion polymerization, water~resistant for more than500h, friction test(tape)350times thefilm was no fall off.
