In recent years, the development of fast, precise, accurate andsensitive methodology has become an important issue. So thedevelopment of highly efficient analytical instrumentation and thesample pre-treatment for the determination of analytes in actualproducts is necessary. Therefore, the sample preparation step iscommonly required. Based on the analytical chemistry andseparation science, The DLLME-MEKC method has applied to theanalysis of the pesticide and sulfonamide. The contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The principle of the methods of LLE was introduced.Reviewed these methods combined with variety of analytical toolsfor theination of various inorganic and organic compounds.Advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of LLE havebeen introduced.(2) In the shortest time, the best experimental parameters ofMEKC were optimized in separating several organicssimultaneously. Under the best mode of capillary electrophoresis, the dispersion system CCl4/water/acetone was established, aseries of experimental conditions including the extraction agentand the dispersing agent were optimized and which was applied to the analysis of pesticides.(3) In the shortest time, the best experimental parameters ofMEKC were optimized in separating several organicssimultaneously. Under the best mode of capillary electrophoresis, the dispersion system CCl3/water/acetonitrile was established, aseries of experimental conditions including the extraction agentand the dispersing agent were optimized and which was applied tothe analysis of antibiotics.
