Research On The Investment And Income Distribution Of The Abandoned Mine Land

Due to history and institution, in the process of mining development in ourcountry, it has accumulated a large number of abandoned mine land. There is no doubtthat the great number of abandoned mining land is not only a serious threat to theecological environment, but also a great waste of resources. However, the ecologicalenvironment problem has become a restricting factor to the China’s economic andsocial development. At the same time, our country has already entered a new era ofurbanization, followed by a large amount of land occupied and facing a severe landsupply situation. In addition, a large number of abandoned mine land is a kind ofpotential resources. And if the abandoned mine land is used properly, it will produce aconsiderable benefit. So the research on the investment of abandoned mine land andthe distribution of income is conducive to strengthen the construction of socialismecological civilization, relieve the tense situation of the supply of land and promotethe t circulation of resources.This paper makes a systematic study of theoretical basis related investment ofabandoned mine land and income distribution firstly, including a clear definition ofthe concept of the abandoned mine land, laws concerned to the reclamation of theabandoned mine land, analysis about some theory relevant to the investment andincome distribution; Secondly, based on relevant theories, this paper analyze thecharacteristics of abandoned mine land investment. Then discuss about the utilizationdirection of the abandoned mine land, the connotation of investment analysis and theprinciple of investment analysis. As a result, an investment analysis model isconcluded; Thirdly, this essay takes Zhangzhuang coal mine belonging to ShandongHuayuan mining co., LTD for example to make a case analysis. Results show that theinvestment analysis model on abandoned mine land is feasible and some commonproblems are founded out in the investment of abandoned mine land; Finally, based onthe theoretical research and case analysis, the problems in the process of investmentand the distribution of income in China are concluded, mainly including: the investment subject is single, the ownership of abandoned mine land is complex,investment funds are insufficient, the income distribution system is not perfect andlack of risk-sharing mechanism, etc. Then some countermeasures are put forward.At the end of this paper, on the basis of the study, some conclusions are madeand the trend of the investment of abandoned mines in future is put forward: theabandoned mine land has a huge potential of investment and the future direction ofutilization is to make full use of market mechanism, broaden the investment channels,and improve the mechanism of risk distribution and so on.
