Experimental ResearchObjective: To investigate the low polarity components of Shoutaiwan. The Lipid components of Shoutaiwan was extracted by Petroleum ether and dichloromethane.Use2different methyl esterification methods to deal with the Lipid components of Shoutaiwan. The ethyl acetate extraction of Shoutaiwan was segmented by silicagel column chromatography to determine the low polarity components.The aliphatic acid components and chemical composition of Shoutaiwan were separated and identified by GC-MS.The contents of the fatty acids and chemical composition were determined by using the normalization method.Method and Result:Experiment1:With reference to relevant research reports,to choose the best extraction process of Shoutaiwan active site groups, and to complete the preparation of Shoutaiwan low polar fractions. Result:With reference to relevant research,prove that the water and ethanol soluble components is the best way to extract Shoutaiwan active site groups. The Lipid components of Shoutaiwan was extracted by petroleum ether and dichloromethane. The ethyl acetate extraction of Shoutaiwan was roughly segmented by silicagel column chromatography, to obtain3low polar fractions is arranged from small to large,respectively F-A,F-B and F-C.Experiment2:Use2different methyl esterification methods to deal with the Lipid components of Shoutaiwan. The aliphatic acid components of Shoutaiwan were separated and identified by GC-MS.The contents of the fatty acids were determined by using the normalization method.Result:The experiment proved that the use of1%H2SO4-CH3OH esterification sample contains17kinds of fatty acids, more than KOH-CH3OH’s, which detection of14kinds of fatty acids.Therefore,in the detection of the fatty acid composition of Shoutaiwan fatty oil site,the esterification method1%H2SO4-CH3OH is better than KOH-CH3OH. The two methods both proved oleic and palmitic acid is the main component of Shoutaiwan fatty oil, the relative content of the2 components has more than50%of the total content of compounds.Experiment3:The study first time using TLC-silica gel column chromatography to segment the ethyl acetate extraction of Shoutaiwan. According to TLC, merger fractions of similar Rf values,come to a conclusion that the chemical site obtains3low polar fractions, which is arranged from small to large,respectively F-A,F-B and F-C,and GC-MS analyzes were performed.Result:By GC-MS analysis of the chemical composition F-A, by comparison, analysis and identification, detected16compounds, in which13kinds alkanes were find,reach92.24%of the total gas chromatographic peak area. Its main ingredient is Tetracosane (16.02%). By GC-MS analysis of the chemical composition F-B, by comparison, analysis and identification, detected fatty acids, esters, alkanes, benzofuran compounds, phenolic compounds, and their relative contents were:76.34%,12.06%,7.81%,2.27%,1.52%. By GC-MS analysis of the chemical composition F-C, by comparison, analysis and identification, detected a large number of fatty acids (95.95%), in which saturated fatty acid (85.92%) were find,which as a main component. The main component of the saturated fatty acids is Nonadecanoate(84.50%).Conclusion:The experiment proved that the use of1%H2SO4-CH3OH esterification sample contains17kinds of fatty acids, more than KOH-CH3OH’s, which detection of14kinds of fatty acids. Therefore,in the detection of the fatty acid composition of Shoutaiwan fatty oil site,the esterification method1%H2SO4-CH3OH is better than KOH-CH3OH.Experiments show that the material basis for the low-polar fractions of Shoutaiwan may be the fatty acids, the main ingredient is oleic acid, palmitic acid. Which monounsaturated fatty acids include oleic acid, palmitic acid, etc.; small amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids include conjugated linoleic acid; saturated fatty acids include palmitic acid and stearic acid.Theoretical researchThe efficacy and mechanism of Chinese herbal drugs and ShoutaiwanThis study investigated the efficacy and mechanism of Chinese herbal drugs and Shoutaiwan,which basis from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese herbal drugs is composed of two or more herbs, the principle of different herbs combined to a herbal drug is"jun chen zuo shi" and "xing wei he he". Chinese herbal formula is a combination of several herbs and deployment of the "si qi wu wei" to reduce the toxicity and bias of single herb,so as to achieve the overall synergy and to maximize efficacy. The bias of’si qi wu wei" is the efficacy basis of Chinese herbal drugs, and the Chinese herbal drugs has a whole "qi wei"characteristic,which has played a key role in disease prevention.
