This article aims to synthesize both excellent performance and goodrepresentative of optically active polymers-optically active polyester imide studied.The chiral source I used is L/D amino acids and R/S-(-)-1,1’-Binaphthyl-2,2’-Diol. Byusing benzenesulfonyl chloride, pyridine, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) acidactivation method to the synthesis of optically active polyester imide.First, through a series of experiments,having synthesized acid monomer whichpurity and yield are very satisfactory.Then, By characterizing its Structure andproperties by a variety of means, including automatic polarimeter, differentialscanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy,1H-NMR and elemental analysis. I usedbenzenesulfonyl chloride, pyridine, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) acid activationmethod to synthesis L/D amino acids and S/R-(-)-1,1’-Binaphthyl-2,2’-Diolrespectively.The resulting polymer was characterized by IR,1H-NMR to determineits structure, using UV spectra, automatic polarimeter to study the optical properties,using differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analyzer to test itsthermal stability, and I also investigate solubility resistance.Having completed the target product Successfully. The characterization andanalysis of the resulting optically active polyester imide Showed its goodperformance.Glass transition temperature of the obtained polymer is at200℃mostlyunder N2atmosphere of5%weight loss,heating at about300degrees.More than60%weight of the residue at700℃, The characterization show its excellent thermalstability; It can be dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), aprotic polarN-methylpyrrolidone solution. But it is insoluble in water,alkali solution andcommon solvents, reflecting good solvent resistance。... |
