In this paper, analysis of electric fault of printing machinery system andmaintenance were studied. Firstly the common low-voltage electrical appliances in theprinting machinery were analyzed, the low-voltage electrical equipment is animportant part of the whole electrical system composed of printing machinery, printingmachinery appears the most common cause of electrical failure, and many are causedby low-voltage electrical appliances. In the analysis of the low-voltage electrical appliances, common, and analyzessome typical printing machinery and electrical control system. Remove electricalfailure, to understand the electrical system of printing machinery is essential, andprovide a theoretical basis for the electrical principle of printing machinery electricaltroubleshooting. But the printing machinery of many kinds, cannot put all printingmachinery and electrical system are introduced, this paper selects some typical printingmachinery are introduced. Domestic printing machine is a typical J2108machine, thispaper analyzes the electrical principle, foreign printing machinery, the electrical systemof Heidelberg and Lorraine are introduced, the control system is introduced, and wecan roughly understand the electrical system and other printing machinery. After analyzing the electrical system of printing machinery, this paper putsforward some methods for troubleshooting electrical machinery printing, flexible useof these methods can quickly find out the fault of printing machinery, also providessome methods for electrical repair personnel to repair the electrical work, and aredescribed in the paper to exclude some common fault of the printed electrical. The paper finally puts forward some methods of how to manage and maintain theelectrical system of printing machinery, the use of these methods will greatly reducethe probability of failure of mechanical and electrical printing.
