The wet classification principles of micro-nano particles are studied, found that the traditional hierarchical theory has some limitations, and the hypothesis of interaction presented between micro-nano particles in precise classification processes is proposed, A new model for the force in precise classification process of micro-nano rare-earth particles is developed. The expression for particle size of centrifugal classification law is put forward on the basis of the interactions between the particles law. Design the classification experiment by particle density, mass fraction of suspension and centrifugal speed. Compare the trends of interactions between the particles through indirect calculated way with the experimental results, it verifies interactions between the particles impact in force progress in a centrifugal classification. Through the comparison between calculation with the experimental results, the critical particle size, indicating the application of size law in the field of micro and macro field. It shows that the precise classification theory of interaction between the particles can describe the rules on precise classification of micro-nano particles more accurately. And it makes a highly theoretical significance on the industrialization of precise classification of micro-nano particles.
