In this thesis, we have designed and synthesized a series of cinchona alkaloid derivatives as catalysts to employ in asymmetric allylic alkylation reactions of Morita-Baylis-Hillman carbonates with a-diazomethylphosphonates. The suitable catalytic system was established by optimization the catalysts, solvents, temperature, additives and catalysts loads etc. The results have demonstrated that up to96%yield and93%ee were achieved when the reaction proceeded in toluene at0℃catalyzed by20mol%hydroquinidine. |
