| The linear motor has been used in machine drive because of its fast response, high accuracy, high speed, high transmission stiffness, high efficiency, low noise, high thrust, etc. It can eliminate the need for mechanical and hydraulic intermediate transmission links, improve the efficiency and quality of honing machine by using the linear motor drive technology instead of the traditional hydraulic drive technology in honing machine spindle reciprocating motion. In this paper, to achieve high speed and high precision of the honing machine spindle reciprocating motion, the control of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMLSM) is studied.Firstly, from the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor working principle and its specific conditions of using in the honing machine spindle reciprocating motion, established the electromagnetic and dynamic mathematical model of the linear motor system. By analyzing the mathematical model of linear motor motion system, obtained that the system parameter perturbation, the thrust fluctuations, the load disturbance and other uncertain factors are the main factors causing the system control performance degradation.Secondly, based on the mathematical model of the linear motor system, established the control strategy. Proposed that by using the field oriented vector control and SVPWM technology, and adding PID control in the typical three loop control structure constitute the basic control strategy, and introducing the disturbance observer (DOB) in the speed loop to compensate the system disturbances and the model parameter fluctuations, and introducing the acceleration and velocity feed-forward compensation to improve the system rapid response capability and reduce the response lag. With the principle of design from the inside to the outside, designed the PID controller of the current loop, the speed loop and the position loop, got the mathematical model of them, then designed the disturbance observer, the acceleration and velocity feed-forward controller, to obtain the controller structures and parameters of the whole control system.Finally, made a simulation test of the control system by using SIMULINK, through the analysis of the simulation results, obtained that the control strategy can effectively suppress the fluctuation caused by the interference, can accurately track the input signal and achieve high steady-state precision, can achieve high speed and high precision motion control of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, there is the practical application significance. |
