Ancient ceramic firing affected by many external factors, including the firingatmosphere is undoubtedly one of the most critical factors. Selection and control of thefiring atmosphere has a decisive role in the coloring of ceramics and various physicalproperties of the ceramic. Therefore, this paper use it for the study object that ceramicfiring process due to the different atmosphere generated by using different kilns, usingflue gas analyzer firewood tests the complex atmosphere composition and content of thefirewood and gas two typical kilns,in addition, with various testing technology, comprehensive analysis and study of the chemical composition, color, finestructure, valence and gloss and other information of the firing sample under different thekiln environment, moreover, combined with the kiln " pluralistic atmosphere " component, initially proved the affection of ceramic coloration by kiln atmosphere, which provides anew solution way of thinking for our ceramic production on some kind of key issues suchas color effects and coloring stability.Chapter I and Chapter II:Summarize the studies of the ceramic firing atmosphere, including the divided of firing atmosphere, the controlled of firing atmosphere, thetesting of firing atmosphere, the impact to the color, the understanding of the multipleatmosphere and the background, purpose and the meaning of the topic.Chapter III: Specific detection the different atmospheres of gas kiln and wood kilnby use of integrated flue gas analyzer.and combined with the different fuel used indifferent kiln, analyzed and discussed the impacts to the kiln atmospheres.Chapter IV:Analyze the chemical information of samples under the different firingatmospheres by the use of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer(EDXRF)test.and combined with the results of a detailed analysis of the furnace atmosphereanalysis the causes of the differences.Chapter V:Analyze the valence substance, content and microstructures of samplesunder the different firing atmospheres by the use modern testing techniques ofMossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray absorption fine structure.Scanning electron microscopytext. Comparatively analysis and summarizes the valence substance, content andmicrostructures effects and the internal mechanism of the different colored glaze on thedifferent firing kiln.Chapter VI:Analyze the glaze chromaticity and gloss of samples under the differentfiring atmospheres by use of colorimeter and gloss meter.analyze and summarize the reasons for the differences.Chapter VII:Conclusion.Abrief summary of the main results of in this paper.
