Axial flow check valve has the advantages of small flow resistance, the smaller water hammer pressure, low noise, good flow property and fast response, is widely used in oil and gas long distance pipeline, large scale ethylene plant and large pump outlet of compressor. The check valve is a key part of the pipeline system, it’s performance and life directly affect the pump unit and the safety of the pipeline. Especially when the valve is closed the instantaneous velocity of the disc, directly affect the disc to seat the impact load, affect the service life and reliability of the valve. On dynamic performance of axial flow check valve is analyzed, the traditional test methods tend to consume a lot of time and money, increase the production cost of the product. So we must find new ways and means, that is, before the test through the numerical simulation technology, effectively reduce the testing time, reduce the production cost of the products.(1)Using dynamic grid and a custom function, using the Newton’s second law according to euler equation describes the velocity, acceleration and displacement of the disc, the relationship between the stress and to simulate the axial check valve opening process and check valve in the closed process under different working conditions, the opening and closing of the valve disc movement process. On the results of dynamic numerical analysis of the specific analysis, it is concluded that the valve opening and closing process of pressure distribution valve flow field change, and analyzing the reasons for the changes made. Through the simulation of the valve closed, stop the pump condition get closed the valve disc movement in the process of the relationship between the speed and time, and get the instantaneous speed of movement of the disc, the valve closed which can be calculated according to the quality of the disc valves closed disc to seat the impact of the moment.(2)By changing the spring stiffness coefficient of the valve opening and closing time under different external force and closing moment of disc speed.The results show that with the increase of outside force, axial flow check the characteristics of fast and fast shut more apparent, reduce the check valve closing time can effectively reduce the flow rate of valve is closed, decrease the medium deep shock wave to the harm of related equipment.(3)In the predecessors to axial flow check valve on the basis of studying the structure optimization, based on the two kinds of structure before and after optimization of dynamic simulation of check valve, it is concluded that the analysis results show that the research of this paper to the design of the valve and structure optimization plays an important role in guiding, avoid the blindness of the valve design and optimization, reducing valve design cycle and funds, to ensure the rationality of the design and reliability.
