A novel Oxazoline-type ligand bearing1-azaspiro[4.4]nonane, which was easily obtained by our group’s developed method, was designed and successfully synthesized in gram-scale. These novel ligands were used as catalysts in asymmetric H-transfer reaction, and the1-phenyl-1-propanol was obtained with81%yield and86%ee under optimizing reaction conditions.
