| Nowadays,the industrialized production is developing.The batch production ofsweaters can’t meet people’s needs of pursuing their individual style in this society.Peopleprefer Hand-knit sweaters because of the high value of hand-made.This paper will explorehow to design and make hand-knit sweaters in three parts.Hand-knit sweaters’ design andknit will be contacted with fashion in order to make them become more popular andartistic.Systems theory of design and knit will be given after all.The first part produces thedevelopment process and the current situation of hand-knit sweater.Part two is thediscussion of the elements of hand-knit sweaters’ design and the different kinds ofstitches.Also,examples of classical hand-knit sweater is given in this part.Finally,I’ll sharemy thought and experience through my own design. |
