The rapid development of modern industry, wastewater containing toxic and carcinogenic pollutants discharged badly, serious threat to human health. In this context, attaching great importance to emissions and waste’s treatment and recycling properly, reducing pollution and the consumption of non-renewable resources, while seeking a green environmental protection new energy for sustainable development are attracted more and more countries’widespread attention. In past decades, various advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) have been developed for environmental remediation. Among them, heterogeneous photocatalysis has attracted considerable attention. It is regarded as a potential solution to the recent severe problems of energy shortages and environment crises. Recently, Bi-based multiple compounds have drawn much attention for their potential application in photocatalysis. Bismuth oxyhalides, BiOX (X=C1, Br, I), are of great importance because of their optical properties and promising industrial applications. All BiOX compounds crystallize in the tetragonal matlockite structure, a layer structure characterized by [Bi2O2] slabs interleaved by double slabs of halogen atoms. This dissertation introduced the fundamental concepts, classification, properties and characteristic technologies of advanced oxidation processes (AOPs), and then reviewed the research and development of the nano-materials as photocatalysts. The synthetic strategies of heterostructured Zn2GeO4/BiOI and BiOC1/BiOI photocatalyst. These resulting materials were characterized by XRD、XPS、SEM、TEM、HRTEM、ZetaPALS and photocatalytic activity test. The main research contents are listed as follow:In the first chapter, we briefly introduce the research significance and progresses of semiconductor photocatalysts, and summarize the research status of heterostructured photocatalyst. On this basis, the research contents of this dissertation have been briefly introduced. In chapter2, we briefly introduce the reagents, instruments and experimental methods. On the basis, the instrument approach in this thesis are summarized in brief.Starting from chapter3, Zn2GeO4photocatalyst was synthesized via one-step hydrothermal method and BiOI photocatalyst was synthesized via water bath method, heterostructured Zn2GeO4/BiOI photocatalyst was synthesized via calcination method. And the performance of photocatalyst of degradation of methyl orange was studied. Examined the influences of ZetaPALS on heterostructured photocatalyst’s synthesis, and discussed the differences between the photocatalytic activity of the different recombination rates of heterostructured photocatalyst. In chapter4,001-BiOC1photocatalyst was synthesized via one-step hydrothermal method,010-BiOC1photocatalyst was synthesized via one-step hydrothermal method while the PH was adjusted to6by NaOH and BiOI photocatalyst was synthesized via one-step water bath method, heterostructured001-BiOC1/BiOI and010-BiOC1/BiOI photocatalyst was synthesized via calcination method. And the performance of photocatalyst of degradation of methyl orange was studied. Using a variety of testing methods to prove the existence of two kinds of exposed surface of the composite material, and examined the differences between the transmission path of electrons in001-BiOCl/BiOI and010-BiOC1/BiOI by electronic sacrificial agent. In chapter5, we summarize the conclusions and innovative points of this dissertation, and preview the further studies.
