At present, industry is developing rapidly in our country. At the same time, large amounts of waste water is emitted with significant pollution from the industrial producing process, which is an important source of pollution. It has become urgent tasks to eliminate the contaminating materials in the wastewater and recycle industrial wastewater effectively. This research includes two sections:copper adsorption by [BMim]BF4/D301resin composites and reactive black dye decolorizaton using [OMim]BF4/5A molecular sieve composites. In the experiment of copper adsorption by [BMim]BF4/D301resin composites,[BMim]BF4/D301resin composites were prepared at first. In preparation, the effects of type of dispersants, amount of ionic liquid and preparation time on loading rate were investigated. The optimal loading condition was determined:methylene chloride was used as dispersant, mass ratio between D301resin and ionic liquid was1:1, preparation time was10hours. The loading material was characterized with SEM and FTIR. Then, the efficiency of this material on adsorption of copper was studied, affects considered including type of ionic liquid, adsorbent dosage, pH value, and adsorption time, as well as D301resin. Experimental results indicated that the optimal technological condition to remove copper from water was as following:[BMim]BF4as the more preferable ionic liquid, adsorbent dosage as0.08g, pH value of solution as6, adsorption time as8hours. Under this condition, the removal rate of copper reached more than95%.In the experiment of reactive black dye decolorizaton using [OMim]BF4/5A molecular sieve composites,[OMim]BF4/5A molecular sieve composites were prepared firstly. In preparation, the effects of type of dispersants, amount of ionic liquid and preparation time on the loading yield of ionic liquid were investigated. The optimal loading condition is as following:methylene chloride as dispersant, mass ratio between molecular sieves and ionic liquid as1:2, preparation time as12hours. The loading material was characterized with SEM and FTIR. Then, the efficiency of [OMim]BF4/5A molecular sieve composites on treatment of reactive black dye was investigated, compared with unsupported5A molecular sieve. For the supported5A molecular sieve, adsorbent dosage, pH value and adsorption time were studied as affects. Experimental results indicated that the optimal technological condition is as following:[OMim]BF4as the more preferable ionic liquid, adsorbent dosage as0.4g, pH value as6, adsorption time as12h. Under this condition, decolorizaton rate of reactive black dye was more than97%.
