Coal washing wastewater is the tail water of wet coal washing in coal processing, which contains large amounts of silt and slime. The vicinity of the mine had been causing serious environmental pollution, coal washing wastewater is one of the main source of pollution in coal industry, by increasing people’s attention, coal washing wastewater stable particularly, static months will not automatically settle mentions and emissions largely. Suspended solids and COD are seriously overweight. Appropriate for coal washing wastewater treatment then repeat use, we can protect the environment and save water resources, it will bring certain economic benefits to industries, kill many birds with one stone. The study by a large number of coagulation experiments, explore a variety of washing wastewater treatment coagulant, using a variety of different flocculants for coal washing wastewater settling flocculation. The obtained results were compared to identify the best flocculent; Meanwhile, changing operating conditions, on a comparative analysis the obtained results of the final optimum flocculent optimum conditions. Using a variety of different combinations of flocculants for coal washing wastewater sedimentation flocculation, The results were compared to identify the best combination of flocculent; While changing the operating conditions, compared the obtained results, get the best complex flocculent and optimum conditions. Experimental results show that coal washing wastewater treatment works best with PAC, PAM, calcium chloride and magnesium sulfate (CS). Optimum operating parameters:Stirring intensity is100r/min, stirring time is20s to100s,Processed at room temperature, NaOH (10%) dosage of0.2ml, PAM (0.1mg/1) dosage of1.6ml, PAC (5mg/1) dosage of10ml, CS (2%) dosing volume of14ml, the treated washing wastewater turbidity is1.01NTU, CODcr drops112(mg/1), pH value of7.68. these fully meet the requirements for effluent discharge.
