With the continuous development of modern industry, wear-resisting performance ofmechanical parts in all kinds of complicated environmental requirements in graduallyimprove, the wear and tear of material failure limits the enterprise’s development andprogress.In order to improve wear resistance of material surface and prolong the servicelife of the workpiece under the complicated working condition.This issue mainly regardsFe base composite surfacing welding alloy as the research object.Using Fe-Cr-Ti-C andFe-Cr-V-C alloy systems to develop a number of hard phase in situ synthesis ceramicshardfacing electrode.Aimed at by manual electric arc welding no preheating beforewelding, for steel materials for welding surface strengthening.The issue researchs twokinds of ratio of coating formula and Cr、Ti、V、C for the whole performance of surfacingwelding alloy layer in the Fe-Cr-Ti-C and Fe-Cr-V-C alloy systems.Research the best alloysystem and its content in the welding cladding, makes the best wear resistance of surfacingwelding layer after welding.In the process of the development,with H08A welding core,In marble, rutile titaniumdioxide, fluorite powder, etc to match the composition.With high carbon ferrochrome,titanium iron powder, vanadium iron powder, graphite and others to complete alloysystem.According to the preset composition ratio of the powder mix,coated surfacingelectrode.Then use surfacing electrode built-up welding on the20g carbon steelplate.Analysis organization observation with optical microscope, scanning electronmicroscopy.Application of X ray diffraction experiment and energy spectrum analysis ofcomposition and phase composition.Application of rockwell hardness, microhardness andabrasive wear testing machine analysis of the surfacing layer properties, such as hardnessand abrasion resistance.Sums up the best according to its structure and mechanicalproperties of alloy composition ratio.Experimental result shows,When the Cr content is18.3%, the content of Ti is7.7%inthe Fe-Cr-Ti-C alloy systems,The cracking resistance of hardfacing layer and thecomprehensive performance of surfacing welding layer is best,Hardfacing layer formed in the diffuse distribution of TiC ceramic hard phase,mounted on the M7C3as the maincomponent of rigid frame around,have a good wear-resisting effect.Rockwell hardness is61HRC,The wear weightlessness is0.6497g.,When the Cr content is17.4%, the content ofV is12.9%in the Fe-Cr-V-C alloy systems,V8C7hard phase formed in the surfacing layerof quantity and distribution is better,grow with the M7C3hard phase.Rockwell hardness is63HRC,The wear weightlessness is0.7081g.
