Practical Analysis Of The FGD Project Based On Small Tunnel Kiln

With the development of industrial society, the concentration of sulfur dioxide and dust in the atmosphere is increasingly high and hazard. The Wangcun towns of Zhoucun, Zibo is building material base, the air pollution is serious and the pollutant emission concentration of the respective companies are also less Zibo emission standards. This thesis focuses current pollution situation of Wangcun town, select a typical enterprise and conduct engineering practice in order to explore reasonable way to solve the problem of pollution in this region.This paper introduces the common treatment process, and detailed explore the governance program of the gas dust and firing flue with Zibo Continental Carbon Co., Ltd.as an example. This paper analyzes pollution sources point source and the types of pollutants of the carbon industry, select different pollutants governmance according to the different pollutants and compare the effect of treatment with the same industry.Coal gangue sintered porous brick project is relatively common in the region wangcun, in this thesis, Shandong Jiahe Refractories Co., Ltd. is a typical enterprise, we explore the pollution production point and the amount of pollution generated from the raw materials, technology, etc.,and choose the appropriate treatment process to conduct engineering practice, the treatment results showed that the effect is good, so we provide a new way and thinking for sloving regional enbironmental pollution.In this paper, the Shandong King Building Materials Co., Ltd. as an example, the construction of gas station, and detect gas desulfurization and desulfurization effect, provide another direction for Wangcun towns.
