With the implementation of the energy conservation and emissions reduction, anaerobic digestion is becoming more and more important as an effective ways of organic solid waste treatments. In the rapid development of biogas project, however, it produced a large number of anaerobic digestive residues, such as digestate and biogas slurry, and their utilization have become the bottleneck of restricting the application of anaerobic digestion.The renewal disposal of anaerobic digestion residues treatment is a difficult problem for northern cities, so the research and development renewal aerobic digestion process and recovery technology is vital important. The main object of this experiment is digestate produced form the Ordos waste plant, through the composting reactor under different conditioner (such as gangue, wood, etc.) researching the influence on renewal compost treatment effect and determining the appropriate conditioner and mixed proportion. Furthermore, studying the ryegrass quality of the physical and chemical indicators and perennial growth by using composting product in order to support the digestate recycling.Adding the coal gangue powder increased the degree of pile anaerobic to a certain extent,it is unfavorable to methane gas emissions; in addition, the N2O emission reduction effect is not obvious, material ratio still needs further optimization. But the NH3emissions have more obvious decrease effect by adding gangue powder in the process of compost. Wood chips as a conditioner has important influence on composting process temperature. Adding gangue for composting cannot conserve nitrogen, but it can increase TP content though the enrichment effect. By investigating the rotten degree of different experimental composting product found that gangue powder is helpful to accelerate the aromatization degree of water soluble organic matter in piled material.Though the compost applied greenhouse experiment study, the product can effectively increase the ryegrass tillering number, plant height, apparent leaf area, grass and hay yield, but the adding quantity of gangue powder will affect the ryegrass quality, the influence of gangue powder cannot significantly improve the chlorophyll and protein content of ryegrass.
