Hypertension is one of the most usually arterial diseases in our life, which fazes many hypertension patients, so there are more and more studies on hypertension medicines. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory (ACEI) has the effect of depressing the hypertension. Double-low rapeseed was taken as raw material, the protein solution was treated by ultrasound or microwave power to enhance the hydrolyzation. The results as follow:Protein preparation from double-low rapeseed was evaluated respectively by traditional alkaline methods. The protein yield ratio under this condition is 19.60% and the purity is 66.7%.Protein enzyme was selected from 8 ones, and A、D、G protein enzymes showed the better inhibitory effect. The effects of hydrolyzation time, protein concentration, enzyme concentration were evaluated to DH and inhibitory activity while usingA、D、G protein enzymes to hydrolyze rapeseed protein. The D proteinase was the best one, and its enzymolysis condition was determined as 6%substrste、5%enzyme(E/S) for 120min.Double-low rapeseed protein solution was treated by ultrasound. Then they reacted at determined conditions (the ultrasonic conditions for rapeseed was 1000W, 30min, intermittent time2s) and enhance the inhibitory activity of the hydrolysate to ACE(from 70.83% to 92.97%), during the hydrolyzining with ultrasonic can enhance the inhibitory activity of the hydrolysate to ACE(from 70.83% to 89.67%). Compared the two condition, the better one was double-low rapeseed protein solution are treated by ultrasound.Under the microwave heating, using D enzymolysis to hydrolyze double-low rapeseed protein.Using ACEI as standards, during the hydrolyzining with micorow ave can enhance the inhibitory activity of the hydrolysate to ACE (from 70.12% to 73.68%).
