| China has abundant lignite resources, mainly in the northeast, inner Mongolia, Yunnan and other places. Because of its entire water up to30%,in term of the power plant boiler combustion, direct combustion of lignite with high moisture content will lead to lower flame temperature, exhaust losses increase, decrease thermal efficiency, increase emissions of carbon dioxide and seriously pollute the environment, thus affecting the efficiency of power plants and the economics of long-distance transport.The paper by summary and comparison of drying process conditions, process parameters of different lignite drying techniques, and combined rich gas and steam in power plant, proposes the two drying techniques suitable for systems integration with power plant, conventional hot air drying and superheated steam drying lignite technologies.By the traditional hot air drying and superheated steam drying technologies to calculate material balance, energy balance, and analyze modeling of thermal efficiency and energy consumption, analyze and calculated and quantitative analyze of the experimental data of circulating fluidized bed dryer and drum dryer. Concluded that superheated steam drying process with low energy consumption, high efficiency, good economy,is very suitable to our use of lignite drying and development.Use superheated steam drying lignite technology to integrate of thermal systems of power plant, design integrate system architecture and analyze variable conditions of drying brown coal outputs and thermal economic for condensable gas turbine for a300MW integrated dryer system, reach that produce a certain amount of drying lignite product, the higher extraction parameter the unit has, the smaller the amount of their needs of extraction, the smaller the standard coal consumption, the better thermal economy of the unit. |
