"Speeding traffic safety is one of the more attention, when the electronic eye on thetraffic lights to capture an image, it often make the captured image fuzzy whith a resultof the exposure period and the relative motion between the car and the background. Inorder to get the car speed from the blurred image, the image information, especially fuzzyimage degradation parameters, namely blurred and fuzzy scales. In this paper, from thesetwo parts work, and improved the existing algorithm of image degradation parameters.Are as follows:Firstly, The paper studied the angle of the fuzzy image motion recognition algorithm.Image degradation theoretical model, According to the mutation characteristics of theimage in the direction of movement of the spectrum, in-depth analysis of the applicabilityof the the Hough algorithm during the advantages and disadvantages of the angleidentification and Radon algorithm.The paper introduces the basic theory of themotion-blurred images, including image enhancement, image segmentation, identificationis upon the face angle provides an important theoretical preparation.Secondly, the paper research the scales of motion blurred image authenticationalgorithm. Computer simulation of the movement scale algorithm for target andbackground contrast is not strong algorithm low accuracy, the paper presents the improvedmethod. Improved edge extraction operator, so that the extracted image is more complete,so that the scale finally obtains the motion accuracy is improved.Finally, according to the obtained the sports angle with the scales of motion, based onthe correspondence between the real scene and the like, as well as the relevant parametersof the camera, in the case of target and background contrast high successfully obtain thevelocity of the object in the image.
