With the development of social economy, energy problem become more and more prominent, so it is a major issue to save energy and reduce emission in enterprises, and the coal port enterprises which consume large energy have to bear the brunt. To assess the power efficiency of enterprises, not only can examine the effect of enterprises’ overall power, but also can find out the weak link of enterprises’ electricity consumption, it will bring important practical significance to enterprises’ energy conservation planning, technology reform and so on. The research in efficiency evaluation of power energy in coal port enterprise is not much at present, some involved also do not take coal electricity characteristic of port enterprises into account. Therefore, this paper deeply studied the coal electricity characteristics of port enterprises, and put forward the corresponding solutions according to the not reasonable places of evaluation results in the enterprises’ electricity consumption. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:First, we establish a set of electricity energy efficiency evaluation index system of coal port enterprises which the production processes as the mean lines and the operation and management as the subordinate line according to the coal electricity characteristics of port enterprises. The index system is divided into four parts:the characterization of the production process of the power efficiency index and load of energy efficiency index; Characterization of the operation management of economic efficiency index and management efficiency index, respectively. Differ from the past efficiency evaluation, this paper in view of the specific industry (coal port enterprises), emphatically considering the energy efficiency of transformer, energy efficiency of distribution circuit, energy efficiency of motor and other indexes from the aspects of production process; Considering the energy saving investment, energy saving system construction and implementation and other indexes from the aspects of operation and management. On this basis, we establish the initial electricity energy efficiency evaluation index system of coal port enterprise. Then the explain structure method is used to establish index hierarchy and eliminate redundant indexes. Secondly, we establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of power energy efficiency in coal port enterprise, introduce the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, detailed calculation steps and the selection of single factor membership functions, the analytic hierarchy process is also used to determine the weight of each index, At last, we systematically introduce the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of enterprises’ power efficiency.Finally, we calculate the weight value of each index based on the established power energy efficiency evaluation index system and weight determination method, combined with expert advice and enterprise actual operation. we also give each evaluation index’s model of membership function and parameters of each model. We utilize the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate membership degree, weights and scores of each index, and scientifically evaluate the energy efficiency to enterprises’electric power system. The experimental analysis verify the feasibility of the model.
