The paper studied on seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame with construction joints by A low-cycle loading experiment for two reinforced concrete frames, which analysed the difference on the failure pattern, hysteresis curve,skeleton curves and ductility factor,stiffness degradation, deformation recovery ability, plastic hinge, bearing capacity degradation and energy dissipation capacity, then drew the following main conclusions:reinforced concrete frame with construction joints easily formed a plastic hinge, then made structural displacement larger, more seriously it will develop into a column hinge mechanism causing structural hazards; the construction joints declined energy dissipation capacity and displacement ductility of the reinforced concrete frame; construction joints had a certain impact on the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete frame structure; the influence of construction joints on stiffness degradation and deformation recovery ability of the reinforced concrete frame structure is not significant.
