Missile body will undergo complex and harsh vibro-acoustic load environment atthe stage of missile launch、flight and reentry. Such dynamics environment wouldseriously endanger the safety and reliability of the missile structures and equipments ofmissile, so effective dynamics load environmental prediction method is required.Traditional Modal Method and Statistical Energy Analysis are inadequate for loadenvironmental prediction of the missile structure in the mid-high frequency range. Onthe basis of previous researches at home and abroad, this paper researches the missilecabin structure under the influence of vibro-acoustic load environment in the mid-highfrequency range by Energy Finite Element Analysis. More accurate load environmentalprediction of missile is obtained, and it will provide the basis for the structure designand strength design of the missile system.Firstly, the energy density control equation of the bending vibration for the beamstructure is built, considering the power input and energy boundary conditions, solvinganalysis is done by numerical Galerkin Method; Further energy density equations arededuced for the infinite plate and finite plate structure. On the basis of above theoreticalstudy, the simulation analysis is made by Energy Finite Element Analysis for the beamand plate structures, and the results are compared with exact solution of the energydensity in order to verify the correctness of solution of the energy density controlequations.Secondly, the energy reflection and transmission relation of coupled beam andcoupled plate structure are established by Wave Theory. On this basis, the derivation ofthe energy density equations is done for one-dimensional coupled structure. For thecoupled structures under specific conditions, the simulation is made, and the resultswere analyzed with the exact solution, which provides a theoretical basis for theengineering application of Energy Finite Element Analysis. Finally, the load environmental response prediction is studied for the actual missilecabin structure. The plate is used as the basic unit, considering the cabin structure ascylindrical shell, and the numerical simulation analysis is made by Energy FiniteElement Analysis. The results are in comparison with the exact solutions. It proves theload environmental prediction method is correct and effective for missile cabin structureby Energy Finite Element Analysis in the mid-high frequency range.Based on Energy Finite Element Analysis, the paper discusses detailedly loadenvironmental prediction technology for the missile beam and plate structure、coupledstructure and cabin structure in the mid-high frequency range. The research results will provide a valuable reference for the new missile overall design and structure analysis inthe future.
