Second, this paper study about OCT disaster preventioncommunity planning, Included the various elements of the type, level,planning standards and planning layout, and Proposed transformation for thestatus quo.This paper build the disaster prevention community of Shenzhen OCT thatsatisfy the disaster prevention needs, enhance the ability of OCT disasterprevention community against disasters. And provide a theoretical basis andpractical guidance for the establishment of Shenzhen community level disaster prevention system, that has an important significance for raising the city’sdisaster prevention capability and optimize the allocation of resources.
