However, due to the very uneven spatialdistribution of water resources, People usually use large pumps to lift and transportwater in order that urban water demand issue is resolved. In this process, the security,stability and reliability of the large pumps are very important for the running effect ofthe artificial water diversion project after the project completion.As bare volute centrifugal pumps of super size to the research object, this paperstudy the complex flow field distributionã€fluctuating pressure characteristics in thepumpã€the water system stress and deformation responseã€the bare volute dynamiccharacteristics and the bare volute dynamic response.The main research content include:(1) Research on the large centrifugal pump velocity and pressure characteristicsin the case of steady three-dimensional flow field.(2) Research on Characteristics of fluctuating pressure.(3) Research on the water system stress and deformation response under theaction of the large temperature variation loads and the high water pressure.(4) Research on the bare volute modal analysis and dynamic analysis under thepulsating pressure in the normal operating conditions.The main research achievements are:(1) Characteristics of the flow rate and pressure fields and some research on itsmechanism of formation.(2) Fluctuating pressure frequency and amplitude distribution law in thecentrifugal pump and some research on its mechanism of formation.(3) The water system stress and deformation response under the action of thelarge temperature variation loads and the high water pressure.(4) The bare volute dynamic characteristics and dynamic response. |
