The city high-rise building with the increase and the development of undergroundspace is more and more widespread, the excavation of deep foundation pit. By deepfoundation pit excavation deformation caused by the risk is essential, in the process ofdeep foundation construction for foundation pit monitoring risk should be controlled,making the necessary risk measures.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, resulting in the deformationmonitoring risk source identification and classification, develop risk source list, usingthe Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to monitor internal project riskanalysis, the risk source of weights, to formulate the corresponding risk response andcontrol measures. Using the grey theory prediction model is established on thefoundation of future changes, predict, the residual value after test, then according tothe forecast precision of predictive model was adjusted, the predicted results arecompared with the measured result, grey prediction model to verify the reliability.When the foundation pit deformation value exceeds the forecast warning value, takecorresponding measures to adjust excavation construction scheme, in order to reducethe deformation of foundation pit.This paper combined with the example of deep foundation pit engineering, onfoundation pit deformation and internal force of structure and surrounding buildingsdeformation for real-time monitoring, the main influence factors are analyzed,according to the grey GM (1,1) model to establish reasonable pit prediction valueaccording to the need of the project, and the timely adjustment of foundation pitexcavation construction scheme of foundation pit, in order to reduce risk, to ensurethe safety of foundation pit.At the same time, resulting in the foundation pit monitoring risk factors to beanalyzed by screening, risk management methods to determine the main risk source,formulate the corresponding risk control and management measures and solutions.Monitoring of the foundation pit project risk management strategy formulation andaccording to the implementation effect of the feedback adjustment is for the safety offoundation pit construction for security, with the foundation pit engineering riskmanagement together.
