With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, informationtechnology is more and more used in the automotive industry. Vehicle intelligentizehas become an inevitable trend. Unmanned vehicles are more and more close to thelives of ordinary people as technology advances. In foreign countries, the vehiclesutilized wider and wider on many fields such as autonomous positioning, independentterrain mapping, autonomous navigation. With the progress of China’s economic andsocial development, the research and development on the research of the Vehicle3DTerrain Mapping scanner system will bring huge market prospects in China.The design proposal of Vehicle3D Terrain Mapping scanner system researchneeds to consider many factors, there are two most important factors,one is theranging way and the other is imaging method. This paper targeted on the highprecision disctance measuring system based on the actual research situation aroundthe world.This paper introduces the3D terrain mapping techonoly and discusses the highprecision measuring technology and the high speed Circular viewing detectscanning technolgy.This paper combining the engineering application and used FPGA to realize thedesign procedures of soft hardware circuit.It has been realized.Soft hardware circuitnot only solve the question of structure dimensions miniaturization but also improvethe reliability、repeatability、testability.The innovation of this paper is putting forward a theory that “using the center offull echo wave distance measuring technology” and digitization it.Compared to thetraditional disctance measuring technology, the new theory has been greatly improvedand achieved the system design requirements.For realize the key of3D Terrain Mapping scanner system is high precisionmeasuring technology we used wave tracking algorithm to realized it.Meanwhile, this paper also introduces several other technologies, includingsuper-narrow pulse emission tec.、detect receiving tec.、filter noise disturbance tec.、system testing and verification.
