| For a long time, the bearing is constituted by metal material, with the oil as alubrication medium, and the sealing device is needed in use, this will not only lead towaste of resources such as precious metals and the oil, but also the presence of oilleakage brings pollution threat to the environment. Water-lubricated rubber alloybearing has the economic and strategic used natural water as lubrication, and has beenwidely used in civilian ships and military vessels. Friction-induced noise which isproduced in heavy load and the low-speed, has been seriously affecting the use of waterlubricated rubber metal bearing performance. Therefore, the research of friction-inducednoise of water lubrication rubber bearings has great realistic and strategic significanceto improve the comfort of civilian ships and the concealment of the military vessels.Firstly, the author research summarizes the relevant literature on friction-inducednoise of the water-lubricated rubber alloy bearing at home and abroad, the theoreticalanalysis of the reasons for the formation of the friction noise, and to discuss thecharacteristics and measurement methods of the noise. Second, the paper designs afriction-induced noise test system based on audio signal. The system takes advantage ofthe sound D/A conversion technology which has been the increasingly mature,LabVIEW as the software development platform, to achieve friction-induced noisesignal acquisition, storage, display, and analytical processing of the water-lubricatedrubber alloy bearing, at the same time researches on environmental noise insulation anddesigns a sound insulation device. Finally, the test system is used to testing and analysisof the test specimen, discuss the infection and connection to friction-induced noise suchas: rotate speed, load, water quality etc. |
