Automobile air-conditioners could be used to provide a comfortable travellingcircumstance for passengers, reduce driver`s fatigue, effectively improve the drivingsafety. Automotive air-conditioning system as an strongest signs of measuring vehiclefunctions, more car manufacturers and users are paying great attention to it. Ascondenser is one of the cores of automotive air conditioning system, it’s requisite tolearn enough about it and make sure it’s well performance. Currently, most ofAutomotive air-conditioning condenser is produced by brazing in controlled atmospherebrazing furnace. process parameters directly affects the brazing quality of condenser,traditional process parameters is Selected by doing a a group of experiments thatcondensers brazing in controlled atmosphere brazing furnace over and over again,therefore, the production cycle, reasonably leads to high costs and low efficiency.By making use of numerical simulation and experiment methods, analysing the heattransfer of condensers in furnace, Combining with the actual production situation andthe characteristics of the numerical simulation, we established a three-dimensional heattransfer model of condenser in furnace and used ANSYS to work out the simulativetemperature field and simulative brazing thermal cycle curve of condenser`s basicstructural unit, Meanwhile, experiments are launched for the real thermal cycle curveduring the brazing process of the condenser in furnace. The result of simulation and realthermal cycle curve fits well. This indicates that heat transfer model in furnace is correct,plus it proves the setting temperature in furnace is advisable.In addition, by using the secondary development function of ANSYS, based onvc++2005development platform, using the ANSYS parameter design language(APDL),We developed a visual software that could be used work out the simulative temperaturefield and simulative brazing thermal cycle curve of condenser`s basic structural unit andexplore the better process parameters of cascading production of the SF-X05condenser.Finally, brazing experiments in the furnace are conducted by using this processprogram on a well-known condenser production enterprise in Chongqing, and aserious of performance testing experiments such as water pressure test, SWAAT sea saltspray corrosion testing and microstructure observation are carried out. The test resultsdemonstrate that there is no leak (crack, slag and porosity) in condensers with aexcellent weld joint and uniform filling. By making use of numerical simulation and experiment methods and using thesecondary development function of ANSYS, a visual software be developed, it couldenhance the applicability of the numerical simulation method in engineering application.So, it could shorten the debugging cycle of the new technology, reduce the experimentcost and Improve the production efficiency of this kind of condenser.
