Rectifier is a kind of power electronics converter device, which is widely used inmany fileds, such as power, industry and transportation etc. At present, the application ofrectifier is mostly composed of diode link, which is under electric natural phase switch, orbased on voltage and current electric phase degree control method, which is consist ofthyristor circuit. The control method of rectifier in use injected massive harmonic andreactive power to the power grid, which caused seriously power grid "pollution." AdoptedPWM rectify technology, which can achieve excellent control performace, the inputcurrent is highly sine optimization, and its phase is in accordance with the input voltage,which realizes unit power factor rectify process, furthermore, using PWM technology canalso realize DC side of electric power feedback to the grid, which truly realize electricity"green transform". In the meantime, it solved the harmonic and reactive power problem,which attracted massive academic research and application. However, PWM converterbelongs to multivariate, nonlinear and strong coupling system, although using coordinatetransform can realize decoupling control not good for the nonlinear system. Therefore,adopting traditional PI control strategy is difficult to achieve ideal control effect anddynamic performance.This paper studies the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier, including its systemstructure and control goal, establishes its mathematical model respectively in three-phasemotionless and two phase synchronization coordinates based on Kirchhoff’s voltage andcurrent laws, on the other hand, researches its mathematical model with a switch functionrepresentation, also derives mathematics transform relations among several models, andvalidates the correctness of these models.Aiming at the poor dynamic performance of the three-phase voltage source PWMrectifier, this paper makes a thorough theoretical and experimental study with thecharacteristics of synchronization rotation coordinate based on the the hybrid controlstrategy of ADRC voltage outer ring control and current inner ring for three-phase voltagesource PWM rectifier control. The voltage source PWM rectifier control system based onAuto Disturbance Rejection Control theory regard its DC bus voltage as systemdisturbance, using strong real-time tracking, extended state prediction and rapid nonlinearcompensation ability of the ADRC controller to improve system disturbance capability.Finally, this paper designed a voltage source PWM rectifier prototype based onADRC control theory, introduces its topology structure, control circuit design and program design structure based on TMS320F2812DSP. In this paper, the voltage source PWMrectifier control algorithm based on ADRC is verified by tests using the PWM rectifierprototype. The experimental results show that the PWM converter dynamic performache ishighly improved based on the theory of Auto Disturbance Rejection Control strategy, andhas good disturbances ability; DC side output voltage stability, net side of the input currentsine and power factor close to1.The design method based on TMS320F2812DSP is simple,and has a good instruction value for the engineering design.
