Equipment is the foundation of enterprise which controls its survival anddevelopment, the running status of equipment is good or bad directly determines thebenefit of the enterprise. Based on reliability theory, combined the qualitative research andquantitative analysis method this paper build a model to make a optimization research forthe strategy of preventive maintenance equipment. By the analysis of preventivemaintenance costs of degraded equipment, this paper establishes a preventive maintenancemodel by the constraint of reliability of equipment and integrity rate of equipment,usingmulti-objective planning method to solve an optimal preventive maintenance strategywithin multiple decision-making targets, optimizes the economic costs of equipmentmaintenance and enrich the theory of equipment maintenance.Firstly, on the basis of introducing the research background and significance of thispaper and analyzing the domestic and foreign research present situation, this paperexpounds the maintenance management theory and reliability maintenance theory,including equipment failure rule analysis, maintenance strategy selection, maintenancemodel construction and maintenance decision optimization, etc.; the related concept andmathematical basis are introduced. These provide theoretical basis for this paper.Secondly, by the constrains of the integrity rate of degraded equipment, establishes amodel to study the preventive maintenance costs in an update cycle, study and analysis themodel of equipment failure rate, and using MATLAB software to make a numericalvalidation.Then, introduces the concept of detective maintenance in the quantitative model,establishes preventive maintenance cost model and equipment integrity rate model by theconstraint of reliability, taking into account that the maintenance decisions of corporateproduction activity is rely on multiple factors, build a multi-objective planning modelfor decision-making goals which include maintenance costs, equipment integrity rate,equipment reliability. using linear programming method to solve the optimal maintenance strategy. And use numerical verification to prove the feasibility of the model.Finally, use port equipments as the research object, analysis the data of equipmentfailure, and verify the model, and take some suggestions to the management of portequipment.
