Permanent magnet synchronous motor with small size, low cost, simple structure, easy maintenance, and adapt to the frequent governor, etc., are widely used in the field of automation, automotive electronics, information and communications.This paper briefly describes the history of the development of linear motors and the application background about power electronics technology, computer technology, control theory, and establishes a mathematical model of the d-q axis for motor, then analyses vector control principle.What’s more, space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) principles, especially the vector control system of motors, are analyzed.This paper has carried on the all-digital fuzzy drive controller hardware design, including DSP smallest system design, power supply circuit design, the current detection circuit, position detection circuit design, and intelligent power module IPM drive circuit design.This article also has carried on the software design of the control system, including the initialization program and main program design, the current detection and PI control subroutine design, speed detection, and PI regulating subroutine design, position detection and PI subroutine design, SVPWM generation subroutine and fault since the restoration of subroutines design.Finally, MATLAB simulation software is used to build the all-digital fuzzy vector control simulation block diagram and the system simulation under the condition of SPWM and SVPWM control structures are analyzed. The feasibility of design scheme is verified. This paper designed a sliding mode speed control and sliding mode speed controller based on fuzzy self-adjusting switch gain, the control system for simulation and analysis, validate the feasibility of the control strategy and the rationality of the design of control system.
