The central heating system offers enormous potential for energyconservation in addition to the advantages of fuel flexibility and reducingenvioonmental impact. For these reasons the central heating system has beenapplied extensively in the world. However, the energy utilization efficiency ofthe central heating system is low in our country, the energy waste caused by thethermal imbalance of the central heating system is very serious. Therefore, thestudy on thermal conditons of heating system, can not only provide a theoreticalbasis for analyzing and regulating the thermodynamic parameters accurately, andis also essential to save the energy.Firstly, the steady analytical model tor thermal conditions is improved inthis paper.According to the basic theory of heating system to analyse the thermalcharacteristics of the various parts of direct connection and indirect connectionsystem, the steady mathematical models for thermal conditions of directconnection and indirect connection system were established based on the graphtheory and matrix theory. In these models, one case is to consider the pipe heatloss, and another is no account of the pipe heat loss, and this paper gives thesolutions of the models.According to the steady mathematical model for thermal conditions of thedirect connection system, the case of not carrying on the initial adjustment wasanalyzed. It could be seen from the study that the hydraulic imbalance andthermal imbalance were very serious. And this paper studied the thermalconditions of the heating system when using the methods of changing heat sourcewater temperature or the circulation of water flow to make the most unfavorableheat user meet the heating requirements.According to the steady mathematical model for thermal conditions of theindirect connection system, the case of the heat exchanger area changes wasanalyzed. The study researched on the influence on the heating system indifferent adjustment modes when the heat exchanger area increased. And it alsostudied the thermal conditions of the heating system when changing heat sourcewater temperature maked the most unfavorable heat user meet the heating requirements.
