As the implementation of components of the flywheel is the key component ofsatellite attitude control. The improvement of flywheel control system stability andaccuracy is spurred by highperformance satellite attitude control system. But in the flywheel control system hasmany kinds of interference and noise. As the flywheel zero friction torque ofnonlinear disturbance and measurement noise. These interference will affect thetracking accuracy of flywheel instruction then affect the attitude control of satellite.Therefore we must design a good control method to suppress the interference. Inthis paper, summed up some good control method through the analysis of theory andpractice and in-depth analysis of flywheel control system.Firstly this paper analyzes the control characteristic of flywheel and someimportant parts of the flywheel control system. And then put forward the flywheelcontrol performance requirement that the flywheel must have good positivecharacteristics and zero crossing characteristics. Then the paper introduces thetraditional flywheel torque control mode and the use of simulation points out itsdisadvantages. On this basis, put forward torque compensation control mode andacceleration control mode. Through the closed loop characteristic analysis andsimulation analysis of the two models can make up for the lack of torque controlmode and can be very good to meet the performance requirements of flywheelsystem.Secondly, introduces the overall structure of flywheel control system. Flywheelcontrol system is composed of a plurality of loop structure, which is the stable andaccurate control system.it includes a voltage stabilizing circuit, a current controlloop, the torque compensation or acceleration circuit. Then it gives the hardwarecircuit and Realization of flywheel including a digital processing unit, a pulse widthmodulation and voltage stabilizing unit, logic commutation and a power drive unit,measuring unit and energy consumption braking unit.Then gives the flywheel control system software process and software functionsand processes.Finally this paper analysis of the experimental results of the control model.and do a further summary. Analysis shows that, the design of flywheel control systemhas good performance.
