Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV, hybrid electric vehicle) safe and reliable driving inorder to ensure the driver’s personal safety and people’s lives and property from loss.Hybrid vehicles after the failure to maintain the main function and safe operation of thedevelopment trend of hybrid vehicles. Therefore, hybrid cars fault-tolerant controltechnology has important theoretical significance and practical value.Hybrid vehicles, focusing on the hybrid vehicle control system fault-tolerant faulttree, fault tolerant control algorithm and fail-safe management system design.In order to study the hybrid cars fault-tolerant control technology to achieve thehybrid vehicle safety performance optimization and fault warning, this paper develops ahybrid electric vehicle control system of fault-tolerant fault tree, fault tree analysismethod gives the system fault tolerance, and in accordance with passive fault-tolerantand active fault tolerant classification summarized.Order to study the hybrid cars fault-tolerant control algorithm in CRUISE softwareembedded MATLAB to build the vehicle control strategy, the establishment of a hybridvehicle simulation model; combination of passive fault tolerance and active fault tolerantdesign of the engine, motor,"failure" passive switching of the high-voltage fault andbattery pack fault fault-tolerant control strategy; characteristics of the motor temperaturerise, the temperature of the concept of influence coefficients, and design of the motortemperature rise of fuzzy fault-tolerant control algorithm to solve the motor temperaturerises, the motor output torque and the power of influence.System management, improve the control system of fault-tolerant control functionsto the failure of hybrid cars designed a vehicle based MC9S12XS128, controller, basedon the fail-safe management of MC9S12DG128failure of safety management systems,vehicle fault tolerant control and fault security management.
