In recent years, architectural form generation method has gradually become animportant branch of CAAD study. Based on the solar and wind environmentsimulation, as well as coding practice and applying study, the thesis works up aprocess framework for the architectural form generative design and optimizes therationality of the architectural form generation logic; strengthens the rigor ofarchitectural form generation process.The paper explains basic theories of architectural form generation approachbased on environment responding mechanism, morphogenesis theory andperformance-driven theory. Furthermore the study analyzes the feature ofarchitectural form generation technology platforms and puts forward the flow frameof architecture form generative approach based on solar and wind environmentinfluence.In the aspect of making generative logic, writing generative control script andprogram-boot form generation flows, the study explains the process of makinggenerative logic which including making environment response strategy, organizingbuilding block and setting geometry factor three aspects. Furthermore, the paperanalysis the meaning and composition of the generated control program. At last, thepaper explores the form generation mechanism and process of program-boot formgeneration flow.For the application of architectural form generative approach, the articleaccording with generative logic uses Grasshopper, Ecotect and WinAir to write thegenerative control programs and shows the process of architecture form generation,reveals the process of solar and wind environment performance-driven architectureform generative. These programs realize environment simulation data interactivebetween performance simulation software and modeling software, remedyinformation interactive crack. At last, the study points out the technologicalsuperiority and limitations of the architecture form generative method and lookahead the research.
