The photoelectric Autocollimator is a high precision automatic small-anglemeasurement instrument. It can be a high-precision tracking measurement to slightangular displacement of the mirror, generally used for high-precision positioning andsmall-angle precision measurement, which is a high-precision precision measurementin a conventional test instrumentsIn this study, requirements for special use of the products, a photoelectric dualcoordinate autocollimator prototype is designed, which can be used for different lightsources, weak reflection surface measurements of high precision, large measurementrange of the portable absolute measurement. Overall design is used the prototypeimage information directly access the portable laptop, through fast pinpoint laserpinpoint to quickly find the X-axis, Y-axis in the absence of the eyepiece case.In this study, near-infrared high-brightness light source is used, near infrareddrive circuit and three-dimensional adjustment cooling lampholder is designed, whichmay be necessary to replace the light source. Photoelectric autocollimatorautocollimation image is collected by the two-dimensional CMOS camera,self-collimator real-time image is captured and processed by computer. Visual C++6.0software is used for data processing and displaying, friendly man-machineinterface and alarm, so that the prototype is more humane; algorithm optimization andimprovement can be make a prototype in harsh environments. Portable laptop isallowed the operator to carry. The near-infrared filter will be effectively reduced theinterference from stray light, thereby accuracy can be improved.By the stability, grid and comparison and so on experiments, the prototype at aconstant temperature (plus or minus1degree Celsius), the measuring range within50cm, the measuring range is±300′′×±300′′; resolution is0.01′′; the linear workrange is±150′′;the inaccurate rate is±0.7′′(within the range is±150′′), and thuscan make better static absolute measurement of the tested product.
