With the development of the urbanization process and economic, bolt anchoragestructures have been widely used in all kinds of geotechnical engineering, but itscorrosion resistance and life prediction remains to be perfect. Bolt anchorageengineering mostly work in the environment of buried rock mass or other harshenvironment, so the relative corrosion resistance of the ground structure research ismore complicated, stray current,undergroundwater,corrosive material such asmagnesium sulfate,chloride salt affect the safety of the anchorage engineering at thesame time.What,s worse,because of deeply buried underground,it has caused greatdifficulties to the local simulation of the corrosion resistance under the interaction ofdifferent corrosion factors for bolt anchorage structure. Although bolt has been appliedin a variety of projects such as slope support engineering and tunnel safety engineeringin our country for more than50years, the bolt anchorage engineering protectionmeasures against the corrosion resistance and service life of the basic requirements ofrelevant specifications still need to be advised.So,this paper chose experiment study onthe corrosion mechanism of mortar anchor solid under multi factors which is closelyrelated with the durability of bolt anchorage engineering and the research has importantsignificance.The concretely works and results are as follows:①In view of the diffusion model of corrosion medium based on the Fick,lawproposed by doctor Xuhong, take immersion time for45d,90d,150d chemical titrationexperiment. According to the test results verify the accuracy of the model, and thereasons for causing the error is analyzed②Take the chloride diffusion test under single and multiple corrosion ion,andusing matlab software to do minimum nonlinear fitting of test results,then the chloridediffusion coefficient of the different corrison period are calculated and compared underdifferent conditions, the influence of the different water-cement ratio for chloridediffusion coefficient are also compared③Do the macro and micro aspects of the test under multi factors, observe theappearance of the specimens changes form under different corrosion conditions andload conditions,at the same time, quality changes and the compressive strength of thespecimens under various corrosion conditions and load conditions were measured. The variation internal morphology of mortar characteristics is analysised throughmodern technology scanning electron microscope and electron probe microanalysis.Atlast, compared to the rule of the infiltration of the sulfur element under differentworking conditions...
