Alkali activated slag cement, is known as low carbon environmental protectionenergy-saving "green" building materials. It has excellent performance and goodadaptability, and it consumes less resource and lower energy. The development of thecement and concrete not only can save resources and make reasonable utilization ofsolid waste, but also has significant economic and social environmental benefits. Itsutilization accord with the demands of sustainability. Although researches andexperiences has been done for more than20years in our country, scientists have notbeen able to establish the rules of the mix proportion design for alkali activated slagconcrete, and therefore its application is restricted.This article are researching in the main factors including alkali type, the alkali’sdosage,the fineness of slag which effect the strength of alkali activated slag cement,and the binder influential factors(alkali type, dosage of alkalis and the fineness of slag),mix proportion(the water-binder ratio and sand percentage), aggregate quality(aggregatespecies and silt content), curing condition which effect the strength of alkali activatedslag concrete. Using model mathematical method of linear regression, then analysis by amathematical analysis software SPSS, and testify the accuracy of these data, finally findout the relationship between the strength of alkali activated slag concrete and waterbinder ratio. The experiment results show that:①Water glass is the best activator which activate high strength of alkali activatedslag concrete, superior to NaOH and Na2CO3;②When the amount of alkali’s dosage ranges from3%to6%, the compressivestrength of alkali activated slag cement and concrete increases with the alkali content;③In the range of460570m2/kg, the compressive strength of alkali activated slagcement shows increasing trend with the fineness of slag;④As the range of between0.400.60, the compressive strength of alkali activatedconcrete is proportional to the water-binder ratio;⑤When the sand ratio range from30%45%, the compressive strength of alkaliactivated slag concrete does not change significantly;⑥Using method of linear regression, two different formulas based on activatorsthat the compressive strength can be calculated by using water binder ratio.
