With the core concepts,including the management ofgenerating process, the field management, the quality information management, thequality costs management and the evaluation management of generating status, thepaper combines the theory of TQM tightly with the management methods used in thecurrent power generation in centralized control hydropower stations to hoping to changethe work opinions that only pursuing the planed objections of safety and thecommands executivating exited in most currently power stations.
