The most important is the material base of the sources energy for human society survival anddevelopment.At present,with the development of human being,the use of non-renewableresources,environmental pollution is increasingly serious,looking for renewable energy and the effectivemanagement of environment pollution has become a universal human concern.Therefore,how to effectivelyput the organic wastes can be converted into human resources.Therefore,how to effectively put the organicwastes can be converted into human resources,for social sustainable development of our country and eventhe whole human beings have an important role and significance.This topic in the acetate type singlechamber air cathode microbial fuel cell(MFC) on the basis of the anode researched optimization and powergeneration.(1)The success of anode optimization,training and initiation of microbial/reduction of graghene anodicbiofilm structure of MFC,demonstrate microbial/reduction of grapheme anodic biofilm structure in favor ofMFC electricity production, Power density of MFC up to1905±80mWm-2,at the same time Kulunefficiency (CE) also increased from30%to54%.(2)In order to improve the MFC electricity production performance,the experiment of anodepH,adding a surface cative agent and cathode oxygen reduction electrocatalysis to do reserrch.The resultsshowed that:①In the pH=9.0MFC obtains the maximum power density of1170±58mWm-2(anodemembrane surface area is7.0cm2),the current density is0.18mAcm-2,compared with the pH=9.0when thepower density pH=7.0and pH=5.0down29%and89%respectively.Therefore,in order to improveelectricity generation performance alkaline (pH=9.0) under the conditions of realization.②Adding thesurface active agent,three kinds of ionic surfactants on electricity generation in microbial fuel cellperformance are inhibited,in addition of zwitterionic surfactant getted better power density and currentdensity than adding anionic surfactant and cationic surfactant conditions,description of zwitterinonicsurfactant the MFC producing movies is smaller,but anionic surfactant and cationic surfactant on MFCfilms produced larger.Therefors,adding surface active agent can not improve electricity generationperformance,this method is not feasible.③In s single chamber air cathode MFC aerating oxygen oncathodic oxygen reduction electrocatalysis activity have a certain role in promoting.The longer theoxygen,oxygen concentration becomes high,MFC cathodic oxygen reduction cativity is stronger,inalkaline(pH=9.0) under conditions of oxygen on MFC cathodic oxygen reduction effect is better.
