Emotional Needs Oriented Remote Communication Services Design In Pension Institutions

With the accelerated pace of the world’s aging population and the miniaturization structure of the Chinese family, the family pension is being gradually weakened. So the social pension is becoming more and more important. The pension institution is an important way, so the effect of nursing homes in the social pension increased rapidly. Older people living in nursing houses is an important part of the all elderly people. Article hope to bring human services to the special group of elderly living in nursing home based on the development of the mobile robot and indoor positioning and remote control technology, humane, emotional, intelligent design principles, by goal-oriented design methods, to design a remote communication services system. It brings natural interactive experience to the elderly to meet the emotional needs of nursing home elderly.Take this to the understanding and analysis of the present situation, the author hope that through existing technology and opportunities in various fields based on the psychological, social, cultural, and behavior, at the same time to the study of vulnerable groups, especially the behavioral needs of the elderly, built the link between healthy products and the real emotional experience needs. Real emotional experience and the demand for product design is starting point of the article, it provides the user with convenient, cordial and harmonious experience.In this paper, we consider the characteristics of the nursing home elderly, break the rule of the traditional robot stays in model design and voice recognition technology, bring our innovative design thinking to the intelligent remote communication robot design and improve the interaction between the elderly and the robot through integrated innovative design. Meanwhile, the author also hope upgrading traditional remote control mobile robotics industry and bring vibrant development space for the existing robot applications direction. The actor tries to find a particular business opportunity for the remote control and indoor localization technology.
