The NVH(Noise、Vibration、Harshness) character is one of five indicators of the evaluation of vehicle performance. Within it, the Vibration is the base and core of related analysis, which plays a decisive role position during the whole vehicle development process. To a certain excavator cab, on the basis of structural FE, BE and modal theory, a series of studies about related tested, simulation analysis and measures have been done basing on the CAE software platform.. The specific research works are as follows:1. On the base of the three dimensional CAD model of the excavator cab, a full structure FE model with doors and windows and chairs was set up, so as the interior acoustic FE and BE models. This provides the necessary models for subsequent analysis.2. The vibration acceleration of six suspensions and the driver’s left-right ears field sound pressure had been tested. The load of the cab was acquired by using the transfer function inversion. Combining with the Acoustic-Structure coupled model, the response characteristics of the frequency had been analyzed. On this basis, the peak sound pressure and corresponding frequencies was found by analyzing the acoustic response characteristics of the cab.3. Panel contribution analysis was set up at the peak frequency, which are used to driver’s left-right ear. Then panels which had a large contribution to the sound pressure of focused points could be found out in order to seta clear target for the structural subsequent optimization.4. The mode and stiffness of the low-order structural have been enhance by topography optimizing the roof which had a violent vibration, stiffness was poor, and had a large contribution to the sound pressure. At the same time, the field point sound pressure has been reduced and the response characteristics of the vibration have been improved effectively.
