Along with the wide application of High power nonlinear loads, it brings up harmonic wave which is contaminating to electric power system. As a dynamic harmonic elimination device, active power filter overcomes the shortcomings of Passive filter devices; it is a researching focus in recent years. However, active power filter is also faced with great challenges that since the restrain of its own Power electronic devices and difficult to applied in mesohigh power system. Shunt hybrid active power filter is designed in a brand-new way, which synthesizes advantages of both Passive filter and active power filter; it is a hot spot of active filter research. The researching object of this paper is Shunt hybrid active power filter, the main researching aspects is as follows:This paper takes the large state-owned enterprise distribution network as researching objects, and a10KV branch as example, and designs a shunt hybrid APF which can use distribution network. This paper illustrates the working principles of shunt hybrid APF, based on that, we modularity it according to difference of structure, includes active and passive parts. Injection condenser of the passive part undertakes Fundamental voltage of power system, which makes the active part works in the lower voltage, and then induces the capacity of the devices, makes the shunt hybrid APF could applied in mesohigh power system.We build up state space model of shunt hybrid APF according to its structure, based on that we design first order linear auto disturbance rejection controller, conduct current tracking control and DC side voltage control on APF. The compensation quality of shunt hybrid APF is mainly according to its controlling system’s good quality. Linear DRC can make comprehensive assessment and compensation to internal and external disturbance of the system, and makes up uncertainty information which brings up by model ignored factors, it achieves that output current could well track changes of directive signals, and DC side voltage is stable around the set value. The simulation finds that, when harmonic current frequency range is wide and changing violently, output current of shunt hybrid APF could track direct signal well, and better than traditional PID control effect under same conditions. It makes the controlling property of the whole system reaches great effects; it also testified the correctness of shunt hybrid APF state space model and good quality of linear ADRC.The first order linear ADRC in this paper is a closed loop, it needs stability analysis. According to the know conditions, we determines the nature of this stability analysis as first order linear ADRC stability analysis that models of known. Using the Lyapunov stability principle, we make stability analysis on this kind of first order linear ADRC; the results show that the first order linear ADRC is asymptotic stability. After analysis stability, we applied the designed shunt hybrid APF in the large state-owned enterprise distribution and make simulation analysis. The result shows that shunt hybrid APF has good compensation effect, which can obviously manage current distortion of the system, and the quality of voltage can get some improvement after adding shunt hybrid APF to the system.
