The construction of the building energy efficiency is a global research trend and building energy-saving design is requires in-depth study of which one of the forefront of applied topics at present stage in China. Development of the new industrialization residential system, which meet industrial production requirements, standardization and high degree of industrialization, good quality construction to meet the requirements of sustainable development and economic friendliness has become an important task to promote the construction of China’s current industrial development. Furthermore, Improve thermal insulation of building envelope performance are important ways of promoting building energy efficiency for construction. With the height of the development of the construction industry, a variety of new wall insulation materials and energy-saving residential building system has grown with it. However, But due to the new wall insulation materials and energy-saving residential building system kept the application by a lot of restrictions, there are still many disadvantages of poor durability, such as the use of poor economy, severe corrosion of aging, as well as cold bridge phenomenon and so on, which is difficult to promote to use. Therefore, how to find a new sandwich insulation composite wall structure forms has become an important research work in the promotion of housing industrialization, which not only retain and carry forward the traditional the insulation sandwich composite wallboard body both advantages at the same time, and can solve the long-standing constraining the insulation sandwich composite wallboard body to promote the use of a variety of drawbacks.This paper studies a most suitable for use in winter and hot summer energy-saving insulation combination wallboard. which is a set load-bearing thermal insulation function as one of the excellent performance of building structures.First, this paper research the load-deflection curve, fissure condition and maximum failure load performance etc through two group structure static loading test for bending specimens. And then the finite element model of wallboard specimen of the same size as under bending specimens were built and the nonlinear numerical analysis of using ANSYS software, the finite element analysis results and the experimental comparison, comparing the results show that the plastic deformation capacity, the thermal insulation composite wall panels can be used as a load-bearing components to meet the requirements of the envelope structure wallboard use.Secondly, the compression performance of the insulation wallboard were studied through the finite element model of wallboard specimen of the same size as under bending specimens were built and the nonlinear numerical analysis of using ANSYS software. And results showed that the thermal insulation composite wall has a good compressive bearing capacity to meet wallboard.Finally, The thermal insulation properties of the thermal insulation composite wall panels was studied through two groups of thermal performance tests, which were compared with the finite element analysis results. The comparison shows that the wallboard excellent thermal insulation properties, and meet the requirements of energy efficiency design standards in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
