Natural organic matter (NOM) reacts quickly with aqueous chlorine to form an extensive mixture of halogenated and non-halogentated byproducts. Chlorinatecd drinking water has been epidemiologically associated with increased risk cancer, especially of the bladder, and with a range of adverse reproductive outcomes. LC-MS/MS has a high sensitivity and a wide range of analysis. There is great potential in the detection of disinfection by-products.The paper is mainly about LC-MS/MS analysis disinfection by products. The analytic methods for HAAs and iodoacetic acid have been established. Analysis the influence of ozone technology for brominated disinfection by-produts by using LC-MS/MS precursor ion scan. MX [3-chloro-4-dichloromethyl-5-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone] analytic method has been established. The standard curve correlation coefficients of haloacetic acids and iodoacetic were above0.99. The mean recoveries of ten target compounds in spiked drinking water samples were90%-110%. The relative standard deriation of detection were less than5%. The limits of detection were between0.5μg/L and3μg/L. In actual water sample test, the method determine results close the USEPA standard method determine results. The fragentor optium parameter is60V and collision energy optimum parameter is15eV in precursor ion scan. In ozone treatment process, THMs and HAAs concentration intinal increase and then decrease along with increace ozone concentration. In ozone treatment process, Bromide disinfection by-products concentration intinal increase and then decrease along with increace ozone concentration.MX standard curve correlation coefficients were above0.99. The solid-phase extraction efficiency is about70to95%. The mean recoveriy of MX in spiked drinking water samples were90%~110%. The relative standard deriation of detection were less than5%. The limit of detection was less than5ng/L. In fulvic acid chlorination experiment, the MX concentration is about7.91ng/L. |
