Combined with the panel test results, the finite element model of Taikong Panel is established with a FEM software ABAQUS. Based on test result and simulation, panel bearing capacity and parameter analysis are carried on, the design of bolt connections are discussed, and the collapse prevention modes of the bolted fabricated structure are put forward in the paper. The main work and achievements are as follows:(1) To get the function characteristics of Taikong Panel, such as strength, loading mode and failure process, test result is deeply analyzed.(2) Using the finite element software ABAQUS, the panel model is established. The vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the panel is simulated. By changing the parameters of the wall, its influence of the parameters on shear bearing of panel is studied.(3) According to the specifications and applicable scope of the self tapping screw, Connection modes are designed to meet the need of construction features of Taikong Panel. These connection modes cover plan shape of "-","T" and "L". also the connection between roof slab and wall panel Based on 《the cold bending thin wall steel construction technology standard》"(GB50018-2002) and current existing self tapping screw specifications, the reliability of all kinds of connections is tested.(4) Through the Taikong Panel test research and simulation analysis, possible collapse mode and its preventive measures of the bolted fabricated structure are discussed based on design methods of the general structure.Through the result analysis of the panel test and simulation, vertical bearing capacity and horizontal shear bearing capacity of the panel are obtained. Bolted modes are designed and the research on collapse prevention is studied, which provide basis for engineering design in the future.
