With the rapid development of transportation industry, the quantitydemands of bridge and trestle have been greatly increased. While at present, thefrequently collapses of bridge and trestle make the people pay more and moreattention to safety inspection of them, this phenomenon promotes the development ofbridge-detection vehicle grievously. Currently, the domestic bridge-detection vehicleadopts interphone、video monitoring system and intelligent monitoring system: theway of interphone is based on the reflect of human beings, but the human’s faultinessmake the monitoring system exist hysteresis; the way of video monitoring is based onthe camera, this way has the shortcoming of blinded collection zone which make themonitoring system exist blind zone; Because the differences of the road at home andabroad, the design of bridge-detection vehicle exists obvious differences, such as thelength of vehicle arm, which make the external bridge-detection vehicle cannot beused in internal. In view of above problems, jib bridge-detection vehicle is concernedas the investigated target, hereon the monitoring system is designed by inclinationsensor and linear displacement transducer.Firstly, we research the traditional monitoring system of bridge-detection vehicle,the motion display of bridge-detection vehicle is based on the Qtopia of linux, but itcan only support2D graphics of bridge-detection vehicle and cannot track the motionat the real time; therefore in our project, we use OpenGL ES to build the3D modelingof bridge-detection vehicle, through the sensor we can collect the arm’s rotary angleand shift displacement; on account of these measurements, the monitoring system cantrack the bridge-detection vehicle’s movement status. Afterwards, according to thisideology, we build the hardware of monitoring system. In this monitoring system weadopt ARM11(MINI6410) as core plate, it supports the android2.3which supportsthree-dimensional graphics and two-dimensional graphics, through this we cancomplete the3D modeling of bridge-detection vehicle; we use the serialcommunication protocol of RS-485to control the3D modeling. Because of thelimitation of serial port, the serial port should be used properly.Secondly, the application of dynamic analysis in the monitoring system, we useAutoCAD and ANSYS to achieve the analysis result, in order to display these resultsto the car operator, we use SQLite to save these data, and then we adopt the ListViewto show these data. This widget can show the arm’s shift displacement and naturalfrequency of diverse force. In this way, bridge-detection vehicle monitoring system isunder double controlling.Finally, design the display model of monitoring system, including the main UI、dynamic analysis safety decision interface and rollover-shift prevention safetydecision interface. Among this, the main UI is in charge of changing to differentinterface. The realization of user interaction model can enhance extensibility of thismonitoring system, car operator can achieve the corresponding safety level ofdifferent force. Being proved by experiment, the real-time monitoring system of bridge-detectionvehicle can display the motion of arm accurately, in order to increase the reliability、intelligentize and stability of this monitoring system, we apply dynamic analysis tothis system which can make this system possess highly application value.
